These terms govern your use of PRIMEZONE facilities, website, and booking services. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take note of our booking policies.

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or reservation, as indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify availability, pricing, and scheduling with reasonable notice.

In the event Courtside Alley cannot operate due to causes beyond reasonable control—including severe weather, power or utility outages, or government regulations—affected clients will be offered a complimentary reschedule (subject to availability) or an equivalent Court Credit. Monetary refunds will not be provided.

Non-Refundable Payments

All confirmed reservations, open play passes, and event fees are strictly non-refundable upon payment. Unattended bookings (no-shows) will result in full forfeiture of paid fees.

Rescheduling is permitted under the following conditions:

◾ Requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the original reservation time. Same-day or retrospective requests will be denied.

◾ Rescheduling is subject to court availability.

◾ Moving a booking from off-peak hours (6:00 AM–4:00 PM) to peak hours (4:00 PM–2:00 AM) requires payment of the applicable price differential.

◾ Moving a booking from peak hours to off-peak hours will not generate a partial refund or credit for the price differential.

Online payments processed through PayMongo include a convenience fee (percentage) on top of your session total. The exact rate is configured by the venue and shown at checkout before you continue to payment. Manual QR payments reviewed by staff do not include this fee unless otherwise stated.

Members and guests are expected to respect facilities, staff, and other players at all times. Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises and suspension of booking privileges without refund.

Please follow posted court rules, wear appropriate footwear, and report equipment or facility issues to staff promptly.

Participation in sports activities carries inherent risk. You play at your own risk. PRIMEZONE is not liable for injuries, lost property, or damages sustained during play, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where membership or subscription plans are offered, fees auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation terms and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
